Free Trial
If you have signed up for a 14-day free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you decide to cancel it. Clients always use the app for free. To cancel your free trial within the 14-day trial period, go to Profile Management → Subscription Management → Cancel Plan.
Refund Policy
Monthly Plan
The monthly plan offers the greatest flexibility. Your subscription automatically renews each month. We will automatically bill your monthly subscription fee each month, unless your subscription is cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that there is no partial refund for the monthly subscription plan. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Plan
The annual plan gives you the convenience of prepaying for your subscription once a year and getting 12 months for the price of 10. If you choose the annual plan, please ensure you are able to commit to the full year. If you cancel the annual plan, you will retain full access through the end of the annual billing cycle but please note that there is no partial refund for the annual subscription plan if you downgrade or cancel early.

Manage / Cancel Subscription
Upgrade Subscription
To upgrade your subscription, email us at digitalsupport@guilford.com. Upgrades will take effect immediately, and the difference in price will be prorated accordingly.
Downgrade Subscription
To downgrade your subscription, email us at digitalsupport@guilford.com. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so be sure to remove any clinicians exceeding the new seat limit before the end of the billing cycle.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription by going to Profile Management → Subscription Management → Cancel Plan. After you've canceled, your account will remain fully functional until the end of your billing cycle. You will then have 30 days to export your records—and any clinicians or clients on your plan will also retain access to export their own records during this time. Within this 30-day grace period, you can also reactivate your subscription without losing your saved data.

Export Your Data
If you are cancelling your subscription but wish to export your data, reach out to us at digitalsupport@guilford.com and it will be provided within 60 days.
